To research customer's needs and engineer's skill, knowledge and experiences necessary for accurate matching. But Forum Engineering do not think this is enough for good matching.
We think the most important thing is to have understanding in customer's corporate culture and engineer's personality and then to get matching.
By appreciating customer's corporate culture and engineer's personality, which you cannot get from job posting information, we succeed for accurate matching. For this reason, we communicate with customer and engineer both regularly and trying to catch least trend and condition.
