I work as a HR staff. I am in charge of 30 people in 3 months. In the fastest case, the candidate can have a job after doing job interview and introducing him/her to our clients in a single day. The uniqueness of our service is the speed. The reason we can introduce our candidate quickly because we have a system to understand the need of engineer and our client.
When I have an interview with the engineers, we ask about the background, family structure, hobby, club activity and par time job experience or ask about the experience on creating something.. It is difficult to fulfill the both needs but I try to built a trust with both engineer and client. Because I have a sales experience I can understand engineers based on our client's needs. To our engineer, I can make a proposal based on his/her characteristic.
We collaborate with sales team, HR, technical support department in order to relieve concerns that engineers have. Some people think that we are employment agency, so we explain to our engineers that they can work as full-time employee.
For non-experienced engineers, it is hard for them to have a concrete idea of their job so we try to explain about the job deeply by collaborating with other department. Non-experienced engineers tend to stick to their own skill, however, we try to make a proposal if we think that it will be good for that engineer.
