We have been matching our engineers and clients with sale team and casting group, but from April 2016, we started using matching system which is powered by IBM Watson, and we achieved to match our engineers and clients based on past statistical data. 3months after introducing Watson, more than 50% of the engineers has succeed to find a job. We will do more accurate and reason-based matching by using Watson.
My sales experience has been a strong backbone of my current job. Because I was on the sales for couple years, I can utilize my experience for matching engineers and client.
When listening to our clients need, usually they have a lots of request. Hence, I usually focus to listen to 3 main parts. For example, development job for automobile manufacturer, there are many engineers in various fields, but there are only few engineers who are active in across the industry.
It is difficult to fully realize client's needs, but our training course makes it possible for engineers to acquire skills before getting dispatched. WIN school, and other training courses supports to have more successful matching.
After introducing training course, we have been hiring non-experienced engineers.
Before, we have been hiring those who used to work at manufacturing company ,or student who majored in science or math. We try to listen to why that candidate want to join our company.
If some candidate become interested in being involved to various project, we tell them the entire process, and show the detail of the project. We try to collect as many information as possible.
Some of the engineers have already decided what kind of job they want, but to non-experienced engineers, we try to explain various types of jobs, and propose the best matching we can offer.
Giving the best matching experience, which is all about understanding the engineer.
